Energy balls are one of the best grab and go snacks. I make them all the time and they never last more than two days. I use them for pre-run breakfast, post-run fuel and mid-afternoon snack. They are made with all natural ingredients, no preservatives and sugar only from honey!

A few notes on the ingredients:
Ground Flaxseed: This can be found, usually in the same aisle with flour and baking times. Flaxseed is a wonderful and easy way to add fiber to your diet.
Smuckers All Natural Peanut butter; I have used this for years. I has no sugar just peanuts and salt.
Truvani Protien Powder: Truvani Powder is one that I have used for over a year. It is all natural and there are only five to six ingredients listed in it. You know exactly what you are eating and the flavor is wonderful. But, you can use any protein powder of your choosing for this recipe.
